The color I wanted was out of stock. The color I ordered was also out of stock and I agreed to a blue substitute. The strap works great. I was also charged excessive sales tax.

The first one was cheaply made and shouldn’t have broken. The cart was new. The replacement isn’t any better. New one is a bad fit and it keeps popping off. These carts are expensive but this strap is poor quality.
